Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or additional issues are found. We confirm pricing with you before performing work.
We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows and to complete work promptly. Same-day and emergency availability depends on current demand. Maintenance-agreement members receive priority scheduling.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and card. Maintenance agreements are billed as described at the time of enrollment.
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted as described at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or work performed by others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMS Heating & Air is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
